How to order?

Orders can be placed via online store.

What payment methods are accepted?

If you pay via bank transfer or Western Union, you have to confirm your payment at "Inform Payment" within 2 days. If no payment is received, the order will be canceled, and the items will be available again.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped via Thailand Post.

We currently use these shipping options:

EMS 7-15 days
Registered Airmail 15-45 days

Please note:

For international orders, we are not liable for any customs duties, taxes or fees or delays incurred by your country's customs procedures. You should contact your local customs office for an estimate on any fees you may pay.

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

How long it take to shipped my order?

All orders are shipped within 5 business days after received complete payment.

If you request document, your order will be held until it can ship with the document.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking information via email when your order is shipped.

You can track your order status at Thailand Post website.

After a parcel is dispatched out from Thailand, you can track the status with your local post office website.

Can you provide the phytosanitary certificate with order?

Yes, we can ship plants with phytosanitary certificates.

If you want phytosanitary certificates for your orders, please add the phytosanitary certificate into your shopping cart before checking out.

It is the buyer responsibility to understand any applicable import requirements and restrictions. For more information please contact the destination countries Department of Agriculture or equivalent ministry.

Can I send plants to you to do phytosanitary certificate?

Unfortunately, we only provide phytosanitary certificates for plants from our website.
